Pastry chef Jordi Roca of world-renowned Spanish restaurant El Celler de Can Roca visited New York City recently to teach a pastry class, reports the Wall Street Journal. He tells the Journal that he plans to write a pastry book sometime soon: "I'm going to take my time. I basically want to compile all the work that I've done over the years in pastry."
