Top Chef finalist Jen Carroll will join chef Marcus Samulesson at his HP pop-up in Bermuda this month, reports Bernews. Carroll is currently trying to open a restaurant of her own. Says Samuelsson: "This is an amazing opportunity for her, as she has a great culinary background and I am confident diners will enjoy her food." [Bernews]
