Eater LA hears that the U.S. Bank Tower — the highest skyscraper on the West Coast — will be getting a $50M upgrade, including a new restaurant on the 71st floor. The site is polling Angelenos to see which restaurant should move into the building, and so far the consensus is chef Scott Conant's Scarpetta. [Eater LA]
