Olvera's In-Flight Menu; Caviar Expands to Chicago

THE FRIENDLY SKIES— Chef Enrique Olvera is the latest to get in on the in-flight menu game, designing the on-board offerings for Aeromexico. According to a press release, Olvera's airline menu includes dishes like shrimp in garlic with red quinoa and chicken with oregano chimichurri, wild rice, and string beans. The dishes are available on the airline's "medium- and long-range routes" to South America, Europe, and the U.S. [EaterWire]

CHICAGO— Food delivery provider Caviar, which may or may not be in acquisition talks with Square, expanded its service to Chicago earlier this month. LOS ANGELES— As per annual tradition, chef Suzanne Goin will hold a "Rib Fest" at her restaurant Lucques this summer.
