Chef Ilan Hall (The Gorbals, Los Angeles) is about to open a second location of his not-kosher restaurant in New York City, reports Eater NY. The Gorbals NY will be located inside of Urban Outfitters' Williamsburg concept store Space Ninety 8. Per an interview posted to UO's website, Hall is promising a menu that includes a large-format schnitzel "with the hooves still on." [Eater NY]
