DC's Emporiyum; Flore Named Nordic Food Lab Chef

WASHINGTON, DC— The Emporiyum, a pop-up artisan food market, has announced the line-up for its first event in Washington, DC: Chefs like Paul Qui and Bryan Voltaggio will join Momofuku Milk Bar, Black Seed Bagels, and Mast Bros. COPENHAGEN— After a few months serving as "interim head chef," Roberto Flore has been officially named head chef of René Redzepi's culinary incubator Nordic Food Lab. NEW YORK CITY— Bravo will hold a public tasting event on August 4 celebrating the upcoming season of its show Top Chef Duels. According to a press release, judges Curtis Stone and Gail Simmons will be on-hand during the event, featuring dishes by an unspecified number of the show's contestants.
