Upscale restaurants are increasing hourly wages in an effort to attract competent staff, reports Bloomberg. Says Sabato Sagaria, Chief Restaurant Officer of NYC's Union Square Hospitality group (which employes 3,500 people): "Because of a robust economy and a real tight labor market it's tough to attract people.
