On the latest — the 100th! — Food Is the New Rock podcast, chef/TV personality/author Eddie Huang calls host Zach Brooks "a pioneer of the lifestyle of the men who lunch." Huang on discovering Momofuku in 2005: "I was excited, 'like, wow they're doing pork buns.' And it's some guy roasting pork with French technique and rubbing hoisin on a bun — 'this is lazy.' But you know what, New Yorkers don't know." Sidenote: The Care Bears' theme song was Huang's first favorite song. [Food is the New Rock]
