COPENHAGEN— Noma alums Matt Orlando (of Copenhagen's Amass) and Daniel Burns (of Brooklyn's Luksus) will join forces for a one-off reunion dinner at Orlando's Copenhagen restaurant Wednesday, June 25. Reservations to the collaborative dinner, affectionally described as part of the "Long John Reunion Tour," are 750 DKK (roughly $137) and available by emailing bookings@amassrestaurant.com.
