Watch SPQR's Matt Accarrino Make Gnocchi at Google

Here's chef Matt Accarrino (of San Francisco's just-reviewed SPQR) stopping by the Talks at Google offices to conduct a cooking demonstration that borrows from Accarrino's SPQR cookbook, which came out in fall 2012. Accarrino also recounts how he constructed his impressive resume, which includes time in the kitchen with chefs like Charlie Trotter, Tom Colicchio, and Emeril Lagasse, who offered Accarrino a job after receiving a letter out of the blue from the then-18-year-old. ("Next thing you know," Accarrino says, "I was in New Orleans, cooking next to Emeril Lagasse.") Go, watch:
