After a class-action lawsuit charged that California chain Barney's Beanery falsely advertised its use of Kobe beef, the sports bar has agreed to pay $15 to all California-based consumers who purchased a "Kobe" beef item any time between October 2008 and January 27, 2014. Eater LA reports that anyone who submits a receipt or credit card statement will be eligible to receive a mea culpa $15 gift card to the Beanery. [Eater LA]
