Food Networkperson Giada De Laurentiis' Vegas restaurant officially opened to the public last night. Back in May De Laurentiis fired her executive chef Arturo Moscoso. She explained to the Las Vegas Review-Journal: "I have a certain vision for my food and I want it my way... That person wanted to put their own tweaks on it right away. He would say yes to me and then I would turn around and leave for a day and come back and it was not the same way again... So I just decided, 'We're done. You don't get it, we're done.'"
