Camp Brisket in TX; Have Another Offal Day in CA

AUSTINThe third annual Camp Brisket will be held next January 9 and 10, 2015. Foodways Texas and the Meat Science Section at Texas A&M University are behind this two-day learning session where professors in the Meat Science Section at Texas A&M, pitmasters from around the state will share their basic techniques for preparing brisket.
