Chef Seamus Mullen is opening his first overseas restaurant inside the upcoming Mondrian London at Sea Containers. The menu at the yet-to-be named restaurant will be a departure from the Spanish cooking he does at his New York City restaurant Tertulia. It will instead draw influence from "both the Mediterranean and New York" and will emphasize "seasonal" food. The concept, which features a wood-fired oven and a terrace overlooking the Thames, is slated to open in a few months. [Eater NY][Photo]
