Argument for Eating Insects: You're Unknowingly Consuming Them Already

Here's a dry-erase-drawn argument for why we should all eat insects: The scientific reasoning, of course, is that they contain more minerals and fiber than meat, and are more environmentally efficient to "grow." But according to AsapSCIENCE, might as well go all out on bug-eating since you're already doing it anyway: For every 100 grams of spinach, "50 small incests, like aphids, thrips, and mites are permitted; peanut butter is allowed to contain roughly 30 insect fragments, such as heads, bodies, or legs per 100 grams." The more you know. [YouTube]
