Watch How Restaurant Noises Can Make Beautiful Music

Here's a video by musician/producer Edgar Camago that uses the sounds of San Francisco restaurants as musical accompaniments: The song "Mission Foodiez" collects the noise made by crumpled paper bags, clanging forks, espresso machines, and restaurant patrons in SF's famed Mission District, weaving them together in a music video. Camago stopped into locales like Craftsman & Wolves, Mission Pie, Ritual Coffee Roasters, and Bi-Rite Creamery to collect the sounds (at the latter, he finds the recurring motif of "everybody eats ice cream").
