Chefs Move! Winners; Life Is Beautiful's Line Up

NEW ORLEANS— The NOLA-based Chefs Move! — which offers paid scholarships to the NYC's International Culinary Center for aspiring cooks in low-income communities — announced this year's award winners today. Chef and founder John Besh and Chefs Move! co-founder Jessica Bride picked Criollo cook Susana Bravo and pastry chef Ronald Green, formerly of Loretta's Pralines to receive the scholarship; after completing their education, Bravo and Green will begin work at a John Besh Restaurant next year.
