Washington D.C. held its annual Rammy Awards — celebrating the best restaurants in the nation's capital — last night and Eater DC was on the scene. The award for Formal Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year went to Fiola; Ripple took home the award for Upscale Casual Restaurant of the Year. New Restaurant of the Year went to The Red Hen and this year's Chef of the Year is Haidar Karoum (Doi Moi, Estadio, Proof). [Eater DC]
