On the latest episode of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee he and actress Sarah Jessica Parker grab a meal at a diner in Long Island, New York. After eating, the two debate how much to tip. Parker believes $10 is more than enough on a $37 dollar check (which works out to be a pretty generous 27%) but Seinfeld points out that because they are both successful actors, there's an unspoken rule that they must tip excessively well.
