Momofuku's Kaizen Trading Company is teaming up with salad chain Sweetgreen on its June seasonal salad. The chain will use KTC's sunflower hozon, a "fermented, stone-ground seasoning made in the style of Japanese miso paste," as part of the dressing on the salad, which Eater NY notes will also include sunflower sprouts, roasted chicken, kale, carrots, and onions.
