New York City's old-school dim sum restaurant Nom Wah Tea Parlor plans an expansion to Philadelphia: Eater NY reports current owner Wilson Tang, whose family has operated the nearly 100-year-old restaurant in the mid-'70s, has signed a lease for a space in Philly's Chinatown. The restaurant's a long way off, though, with a projected opening date not available until later this fall. [Eater NY]
