Hot off the opening of the opening of the brand new NoMad Bar, New York City chef Daniel Humm, restaurateur Will Guidara, and bar director/ Leo Robitschek have signed a book deal to write The NoMad Cookbook. Ten Speed tells Eater the new book will include sweet/savory recipes (including perhaps their famous chicken for two?), as well as cocktails from their Beard Award-winning cocktail program.
Humm and Guidara's last book, I Heart NY, was also published with Ten Speed and came out in the Spring of 2013. Before that, they published Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook in the Fall of 2011. The NoMad Cookbook will feature photography by Francesco Tonelli and will be released in 2015.
