After serving as one of the four voices in the NYT's "Room for Debate" piece about paying for reservations, chef Alex Stupak is having some regrets: He tweeted at Times dining reporter Julia Moskin that "I am regretful to have participated in this. For the record, Empellon does not profit from booking reservations."
