stella-nola-fine-dining-0614.jpgBrett Anderson of the Times-Picayune points out that the abrupt shuttering of Stella, Scott Boswell's restaurant, last week does not signal the end of fine dining in New Orleans. He blames Stella's closure on Boswell's lack of concern regarding "market realities," writing, there are plenty of fine dining establishments left in the city which prove that "survival in that rarefied world requires more than talent and drive. It requires business acumen, too." [Times-Picayune][Photo]
