Teresa Machan of the Telegraph checked out a preview of the world's most expensive tasting menu (over $2,000 per person) at the 12-seat Sublimotion in Ibiza, Spain. She found that chef Paco Roncero intends to serve a menu "deconstructed within an inch of its life" in the form of a two and a half hour "gastronomical show" that might include things like "dining in an orchard where everything from the floor to the soil is edible" to balloons filled with chocolate cake.
