Sometimes Ruth Reichl gets invited to private dinners cooked by famous people. Here's a recap of a recent dinner party thrown by BBQ Pitmasters host John Markus. Unsurprisingly, Markus was "smoking a slew of meat," and the rest of the menu was cooked up by a couple of ringers: Chad and Ashley Brauze, whose day jobs are chef at Rotisserie Georgette and Cafe Boulud pastry chef, respectively.
