The latest word on LA-based chef Roy Choi comes from a lengthy piece in The New York Times. Choi talks about his history in LA's Koreatown and how he's trying to create his own sort of "soul food." On why his newest restaurant, POT in The Line Hotel, has a sign in neon green he said: "I want people to stumble in here thinking it is a dispensary." [NYT]
