TV LANDHere's Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show (2:10) thanking "any food that has the word artisanal on it ... for warning me that there's going to be a long winded story on the back." Then, Fallon tells a really long winded faux food story. [The Tonight Show]

SAN DIEGOThe Steaklocker is a mini-fridge that allows users to dry age steak at home. Currently looking for funding on Kickstarter, the company promises that the Steaklocker both mimics "old world dry aging techniques" and will save consumers at least 50%-70% on current retail dry age steak prices.
