Here's a 60 second video of all 50 courses from the meal Nathan Myhrvold and the Modernist Cuisine team cooked up for Ferran Adrià at their lab in Seattle. Dwight Garner of the New York Times was also invited to the meal and has a stunning breakdown of the dishes which included everything from tortillas with Adrià's face engraved on them to a "wildly deconstructed" Bloody Mary made with boozy mayonnaise.
