The Meat Rushmore, a Large-Scale Replica of Mount Rushmore Made Out of Jerky

Thursday June 12 is National Jerky Day, and to celebrate the jerky maker Jack Link's made its "most monumental achievement ever": A large-scale replica of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial made out of jerky (or at least covered in it). According to the art director, apparently it "celebrates America's lifelong celebration of meat snacks." It's made out of 1,600 pounds of jerky. And here's video of the thing being put together.
