LA Times restaurant critic Jonathan Gold travels to Caiazzo, Italy to check out what "might be the greatest pizza in the world" at Pepe in Grani. The pizza there is so good that award-winning chef Nancy Silverton, known for her pizzas at Pizzeria Mozza, told Gold, "If I'd known about Franco Pepe (the owner) before I opened Mozza, I probably wouldn't have made pizza at all."
