Favreau on Choi

Chef writer/director Jon Favreau chats with Eater LA about how chef Roy Choi helped shape the film. Favreau recounts their first meeting, during which Choi professed that "when a chef sees a bag of shallots he gets excited because they know they're going to get to peel them all."
