Chicago Tribune critic Phil Vettel files a rave four star (out of four) review on Rick Bayless' restaurant Topolobampo, which is nearly 25 years old. He writes: "But the joy of dining at Topolobampo is reveling in the dishes that no other restaurant attempts." [CT]
