Some high-end London restaurants are making over their waitstaffs, allowing them to wear casual clothes. For his upcoming restaurant Rivea, Alain Ducasse will outfit waiters in "Converse sneakers, chinos and cardigans" because that look is "just informal enough, not too much." [LES]
