Red Carpet Madness at the JBFAs with Kat Odell and Joshua David Stein

Last night the denizens of the food world gathered in New York City for the annual James Beard Foundation Awards and for the first time ever, Eater was there capturing the action on the red carpet (technically a yellow carpet) live on camera. Joshua David Stein and Eater's own Kat Odell were at Lincoln Center asking chefs the important questions: Who are you wearing? Where are you going after? Which chef would you cook and how would you prepare them? The answers — from fine folks like Eric Ripert, April Bloomfield, Danny Meyer, David Chang, and many more — are pretty spectacular so go, watch.
