Watch Jimmy Kimmel Ask Pedestrians: What Is Gluten?

Late night host Jimmy Kimmel is intolerant of gluten-intolerants: On last night's Jimmy Kimmel Live, Kimmel pointed out that many Los Angeles residents "are very anti-gluten, which bothers me, because I am very pro-pizza." To make his point, Kimmel sent out a camera crew to ask self-proclaimed gluten avoiders a simple question: What is gluten? The answer is "a simple wheat protein," but unsurprisingly, not many folks were able to come up with it. Go, watch:
