Tonight at 6PM EST, the James Beard Awards will be broadcast live from the Lincoln Center in New York City. This evening's ceremony honors food and beverage professionals in the restaurant and chef categories (see the complete list of the 2014 nominees here); the Book, Broadcast, and Journalism Awards were announced on Friday night.
