In Los Angeles, Umami Burger's new ChocoChicken concept doesn't stop at chocolate-battered fried chicken and white chocolate mashed potatoes: Behold the "Molten Meatballs," aka chicken meatballs stuffed with "molten" chocolate. They're not "officially" on the menu yet, but if they make the final cut when Choco opens the week of June 9, they can be dunked in either chocolate ketchup or miso ranch dressing for extra oomph.
