Here's a brief (as in, 4 minute and 11 second) documentary called All Ale that examines the way pubs in the UK are being affected by the generational shift. As two young gentleman in a bar explain, they prefer to drink "shit lagers" like Foster's over the heavier old-school ales, which one of them equates to "warm mud." The proprietor of a traditional pub explains, "Some kids want a younger, lively pub with shorts and shots on. Older people like myself prefer a real ale." Go, watch:
