Philadelphia-based chef Jose Garces will open a location of his Spanish tapas restaurant Amada inside of Brookfield Place, a massive dining and retail complex in New York City, in 2015. This will be the third outpost of the restaurant (there's ones in Philly and Atlantic City) and it will serve traditional tapas and a lunch menu with soups and sandwiches. Plus, the restaurant will offer a tapas tasting menu at dinner. [Eater NY][Photo: Amada/Facebook]
