Chef Michelle Bernstein is opening a new restaurant at the upcoming Thompson Hotel in Miami Beach: According to Eater Miami, the 267-seat restaurant will be a "classic brasserie." There is no word on an opening date yet, but Bernstein has a lot on her plate: Just a few weeks ago, Bernstein announced that she would be closing her nearly decade-old Miami restaurant, Michy's, to open a brand-new concept in the space.
