In October 2013, culinary adventure/chef symposium Cook It Raw celebrated its first U.S. event in Charleston, South Carolina, and here now, the long-promised documentary chronicling the weekend is now complete. The beautifully shot film opens with a visit to barbecue legend Rodney Scott's eponymous barbecue, then tags along as Cook It Raw founder Alessandro Porcelli learns about "lowcountry" heritage ingredients. And of course, participating chefs like April Bloomfield, Albert Adrià, Gaston Acurio, and Sean Brock all make appearances. Go, watch:
