Chef Traci des Jardins has announced her next restaurant project, just days after her newest concept the Commissary made its debut: Eater SF reports des Jardins will open an upsale Mexican restaurant Arguello inside the historic Presidio Officers' Club, a Spanish colonial building dating back to 1776.
