Here is the cover of London chef Yotam Ottolenghi's latest cookbook: Plenty More. Ottolenghi's previous US releases — with bright, vegetable-heavy, Middle Eastern-inspired recipes — have been monster hits, including Ottolenghi, Plenty, and Jerusalem. The latter was so popular it even got its own New York Times trend piece.

Plenty More is a sequel to Plenty, obviously, and will contain 120 vegetarian recipes. (For those keeping track at home, this is slightly higher than the average cookbook recipe tally.) According to the publisher, recipes include "Membrillo and Stilton Quiche, Buttermilk-Crusted Okra, Candy Beets with Lentils, Roasted Rhubarb with Sweet Labneh, and Quince Poached in Pomegranate Juice." Expect this one to dictate the menus of every dinner party you go to this Fall. Plenty More comes out October 14 (pre-order at Amazon).
