Here's a promo video by Los Angeles-based ice creamery Coolhaus that argues everything is "better with instructions" — namely, its Coolhaus Ice Cream Book that just hit store shelves. In the brief clip, the vaguely Scandinavian-sounding Coolhaus compares itself to Swedish furniture/meatball purveyor IKEA.
