Restaurateur Danny Meyer's Union Square Events will run a "casual restaurant" called The Pavilion Cafe at the National September 11 Memorial Museum in New York City. The restaurant is slated to open this Summer and will serve things like grilled cheese sandwiches and salmon confit. New York Post critic Steve Cuozzo is really not into the idea, tweeting: "Worse than gift shop. No wonder they kept it quiet until after press preview."
