Documentarian/burger expert George Motz (who's currently working on an updated version of his book, Hamburger America) chats with First We Feast about the current "renaissance-slash-backlash" era of hamburgers, and his most hated burger trends. On the top burger faux pas: "One of the worst things is those toppings bars where you can load up whatever you want on top of your burger... 'Oh yeah I'l put more peanut butter, whatever.
