New Baked Book Cover; Feast Portland Tickets on Sale

BOOK CLUB— Here's the cover for Baked Occasions, the newest cookbook by Brooklyn-based bakers Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito. It's the fourth cookbook from the duo, whose previous books — all named for their bake shop — included Baked, Baked Explorations, and Baked Elements. PORTLAND— Tickets are now officially on sale for the 2014 installment of Feast Portland, which will take over PDX from September 18 through 21. As previously announced, chefs like Hugh Acheson, Paul Kahan, Jamie Bissonnette, and Dominique Crenn will cook in events like the now-annual Sandwich Invitational and Asian Night Market. Tickets are available a la carte, or as part of an event package (for $530) highlighting five main events. [EaterWire]

FOOD MEDIA— A new publication dedicated to craft coffee has hit bookstore shelves/iPad screens: Longberry, described by its editors as an "occasional journal of coffee," is available in both print and digital versions.
