Here's a video of South Carolina hog farmer Tank Johnson plotting a major prank on British critic Giles Coren. Coren wrapped filming his new show Million Dollar Critic in Charleston and, according to the Post & Courier, wanted Johnson to appear on the show for "color" and to serve up some squirrel meat. Instead, as outlined in the video below, Johnson secretly prepared fried pig testicles for Coren and passed them off as squirrel.

Apparently upon learning the trick, Coren exclaimed that he's Jewish (though he doesn't seem to keep kosher). But why was Johnson looking to prank Coren? He tells the Post & Courier: "I could see where things were going ... They wanted to make me into a backward hick." The Charleston episode doesn't have an air date yet, but Coren confirms over Twitter that the "brilliant prank" will be in the final cut. Go, watch the video.
