Delaware North Companies, a huge international restaurant group, has acquired Patina Restaurant Group, a slightly smaller national restaurant group. Patina specializes in restaurants that are inside bigger attractions, and owns Lincoln Ristorante at Lincoln Center in New York City, Patina Restaurant in the Walt Disney Concert Hall in LA, and Tutto Italia Ristorante at Epcot in Florida.
